A Refund and Returns Policy
If 30 days have passed after your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. In order to be eligible for returns, items must not be used in any way and still have the original packaging intact. To complete this process successfully, receipts are required as proof of purchasing an item(s).
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will do our best to make it right. We might grant a partial refund in the following cases:
• Clothes that show obvious signs of use.
• If an item is returned but isn’t in its original condition or has missing parts because this wasn’t due to us making a mistake.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be emailed to let you know that it has been approved or rejected. If the refund is accepted then a credit for your account should appear on file within several days of receiving a notification email from us.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds take time, so here’s what to do if you haven’t received one yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company and give it more time – refunds can often take a few weeks before they are processed.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We do have not an exchange policy.
To return your product, you should mail your product to North Karachi.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
